Building a Confident Team with WorldVentures

WorldVentures Congratulates Giorgoula Orfanidou and Frixos Kaminaridis

WorldVentures Co-Founders Wayne Nugent and Mike Azcue would like to congratulate Giorgoula Orfanidou and Frixos Kaminaridis on their promotion to Directors.  Here are a few words from Giorgoula and Kaminaridis about their journey to Directors.

Directors Giorgoula Orfanidou and Frixos Kaminaridis use several key tools to help build their team, including teamwork, team support and following the company slogan “Make a Living… Living!”

“We support anyone and everyone in our team to stay focused and achieve their goals,” Giorgoula says. “We learned a valuable lesson―working as a team with everybody focused on the company’s mission is the way to go forward.”

Staying motivated is much easier with the constant support of a team, Giorgoula says. And available resources such as WorldVentures events, motivational books and DVDs, personal training and educational development help also.

Since becoming a part of WorldVentures, Giorgoula and Frixos are approaching life in a new way.

“We’re more enthusiastic now about the job as well as our lives,” Giorgoula says. “We stay positive at all times and influence our partners to be the same. We saw this as a positive idea. The Rep who gave us the chance for a better life had already changed his, and we saw that as a turning point to our life.”

Giorgoula and Frixos are focused on their goals, and they encourage their team to be focused on their own goals also.

“We get our team to be focused with us,” Giorgoula says. “Our team supports us as we support them. This team is determined to go high, and that alone is all the motivation you need! Although we believe we did well since we started, looking at our success now, we would prefer that we put more of ourselves into it. Like any new person who starts a new business, we had hopes that would be successful but also had our doubts and worries. We wish we gave 100 percent from day one! It turned out that this company is solid, and we could have achieved even more if we gave it our all from the beginning.”

More dedicated than ever, Giorgoula and Frixos are committed to working hard, reaching their goals, motivating their team and, as a team, achieving great things. And with that, comes the dedication to positive beliefs.

“We heard everybody’s opinion about this business,” Giorgoula says. “The positive feedback was encouraged even more. The negative feedback was tackled in such a way as to make them understand what WorldVentures means to us. We didn’t try to change their opinion. Everybody is entitled to their opinion. What we tried to do is open their eyes, misinformation had to be corrected, and missing gaps had to be filled up. We explained to them what we do and what we get. And that seems to work!”

With education comes clarity, and sharing lessons learned shines some light on uncertainty. And Giorgoula and Frixos are helping their team by giving them valuable knowledge they they’ve attained since joining WorldVentures.

“Good luck in business is hard work,” Giorgoula says. “With work comes achievement, and with achievement comes fulfillment. Work for the company and believe in it, and you can fulfill your wildest dreams! ‘Make a Living … Living!’ might be a slogan to follow, but you can actually set a goal by it. We’ll leave to our family the will to achieve great things, work hard and enjoy their earnings; to help others to do the same and try to be surrounded by successful people, because you become what you have around you!”

Giorgoula and Frixos are inspiring their team to believe in themselves and have faith in their abilities, all while building their team.

“Without a humble but reasonable confidence in your own powers, you can’t be successful or happy,” Giorgoula says.

Show More, Gain More with WorldVentures

WorldVentures Congratulates Renita Gholston

WorldVentures Co-Founders Wayne Nugent and Mike Azcue would like to congratulate Renita Gholston on her promotion to Director.  Here are a few words from Renita about her journey to Director.

The more you show, the more you grow! This strategy seems to be working just fine for new WorldVentures Director Renita Gholston.

“Definitely, the key tool to my recent success was ‘SMP,’” Renita shares. “Show More People! What I learned is that some will, some won’t, so what! Just keep showing!”

Noting the greatest impact that WorldVentures has had on her life is “financial freedom,” Renita has learned a very important lesson that she advises other “mobile-preneurs” to follow.

“Don’t take anything personally,” she says. “Keep moving and keep showing! I am always excited about WorldVentures whenever I speak to someone or invite them to an event.”

Like many WorldVentures Independent Representatives, Renita does have to rev up her motivation at times. However, she is surrounded by a great team that comes to her rescue.

“I call other team members and read WorldVentures success stories,” she says. “I have a lot of family and team support and really just try to stay focused on my goals. I read a lot of self-motivating books as well.”

Ever a planner, Renita sees herself continuing to ascend the ranks at WorldVentures, traveling the globe as an international presenter, motivator and speaker. And with her tenacity, there is one word that has no fit in her vocabulary.

“Impossible is not a fact. It’s an opinion,” she says. “Impossible is not a declaration. It’s a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.”

Harnessing His Dreams at WorldVentures

WorldVentures Congratulates Konstantinos Skordakis

WorldVentures Co-Founders Wayne Nugent and Mike Azcue would like to congratulate Konstantinos Skordakis on his promotion to Director.  Here are a few words from Konstantinos about his journey to Director.

Losing a job is a common motivator for many WorldVentures’ Independent Representatives to focus on their business with renewed enthusiasm. For Konstantinos Skordakis, an economic stall in his native country was a deciding factor and his promotion to Director is a direct result of his hard work.

“I have my own business in Greece,” he explains. “But the economic situation of the country made everything difficult. I sometimes think if there was not such a big problem with my business, that I wouldn’t have such a big ‘why’ and I wouldn’t have tried to succeed in WorldVentures.”

For Konstantinos, keys to his success are quite simple – team work and belief in himself. Ironically, the simplicity of the WorldVentures’ concept can sometimes prove his biggest hurdle when introducing the business and products to others.

“The idea is so simple – vacations and money–that everyone is trying to find the catch,” he laughs.  “It’s difficult for some to understand that this idea is so simple.”

Konstantinos stays motivated by constant thoughts of his team and what he can do as a leader to continue to help them improve their lives.

“WorldVentures came into our lives to change them,” he says. “There is economic freedom for those who believe and understand the idea. I know I have to succeed to change my life and my team members’ lives.”

With WorldVentures, Konstantinos has chosen a path to take hold of his dreams and knows that there is a freedom in that choice that many have not taken. But, he strongly advises that they should.

“Everything is in our hands,” he says. “I know I no longer have to wait on anything from anyone. Follow your dreams, be inspired and take your life in your hands.”

WorldVentures Congratulates Samantha Torres

WorldVentures Co-Founders Wayne Nugent and Mike Azcue would like to congratulate Samantha Torres on her promotion to Director.  Here are a few words from Samantha about her journey to Director.

WorldVentures: What were the key tools to your recent success and what did you learn?

Samantha Torres: TRAINING! TRAINING! TRAINING! TRAINING!! Did I say TRAINING?  but I can't take all the credit; the key tools to my recent success have been my family/friends in TeamNoSleep who have been pushing so hard during my flu episode that happened when I got back from Nashville; because of their hard work I made my new rank while being sick! (Thanks for that guys I love you!) Push your teammates to training! It’s KEY; and Dave Watson's Score Book which is literally an amazing tool. Keeping track of your work (being a tad bit green) will get you sooo far! If you track your progress you will progress!

WorldVentures: How do you stay motivated to continue to work so hard and move up the ranks?

Samantha Torres: I didn't come from much, I wasn't raised with a silver spoon in my mouth; I've learned that staying humble and knowing WHY I want to succeed so bad; will take me as far as I want to go in this business. (If your WHY does not make you cry, dig deeper and find another one!) You have to stay excited, pay attention and NEVER QUIT!  Also, simply knowing that I have my family and teammates who depend on me is what pushes me every day.

WorldVentures: Do you think your achievements in the past had an impact in your decision to join WorldVentures?  If so, how did your success impact your decision?

Samantha Torres: Actually, my lack of achievements is what motivated me to join WorldVentures. Yea I've been on the perfect attendance list, yea I've done many commercials and short films, first place in many athletic events, but.... something has always been missing. I wanted more meaning in life. I've never completed anything major or stuck around at a job for longer than 3-4 months...till now. I needed something different. Working for someone else’s dream was not cool to me at all. Besides how can I change lives living in a box?! I love life, and people, and want to travel the world before I die; feeling FREE has always been a HUGE desire of mine. No job could ever give me those satisfactions; With WV I am FREE. :) Besides... I have the gift of gab I knew I could do this as long as it was fun and on my terms lol. I have my big sister Ruth Castro(director) and nephew Jose Quinones(RMD) to thank for introducing me to WV. I love you guys! I never would have done this without my family.

WorldVentures: What’s the single-most important message you want to send to new mobile-preneurs?

Samantha Torres: Find out why..Why do you want to succeed? is there a child depending on you? Are you tired of seeing your parents work so hard not getting what they deserve? Do you feel and know you deserve more out of life?...Whatever that reason is keep that reason WHY in your heart and never let it go. Everyone has a why. Never give up, because it’s not WorldVentures who you would be giving up on.. It’s yourself and your why.. Can you afford to not afford life later on?

WorldVentures: What impact do you expect WorldVentures to have on your life and the lives of others?

Samantha Torres: A BIG ONE! Retirement for everyone who puts there PERSONAL EFFORT in to this. FUN and FULFILMENT for ALL.

WorldVentures: What are your 1 yr., 5-yr. and 10-yr. goals with WorldVentures?

Samantha Torres: I've only been a part of WV for just about 6 months now, Making Director happened so fast that I feel sky is definitely NOT the limit! 1yr. from now I'd love to have my own home, building new schools and homes for the less fortunate, Be IMD and working on taking my 2nd position to the top as well. 5yrs. from now I hope to have all my closest friends and family members at the top with me :) 10yrs. from now my children will be wearing a MAKING A LIVING LIVING T-Shirts, and the whole world will know who we are :)

WorldVentures: If you do have days when you’re not motivated, how do you handle it?

Samantha Torres: I don't have time to be unmotivated. My why is way too big to let the little things kick me off track. If it happens to you, just surround yourself around successful motivated people at all times and it'll rub off on you; trust me.

WorldVentures: What is the one piece of advice someone gave you that you wish you had known much earlier in life?

Samantha Torres: My nephew told me, "In order to get comfortable you have to get uncomfortable". He was right; I wanted my own home, a car, and money without restrictions...so he said "The person who holds the clicker makes the big money!"..That was uncomfortable for me at first, but hey; if you want it, you have to get uncomfortable to get comfortable.. Now my comfort level in life has gone way up.

WorldVentures: What legacy will you leave to your child/children/family?

Samantha Torres: I want my family to remember me as someone who never gave up on life or people. Someone who traveled the world with the intention to change 20 million lives by introducing wv to someone, building bottle schools, and foster homes. I want them to know and understand that opportunities only knock once in life and I took it and ran with it; that being WV, and that being the reason why they don't have to struggle like I did; so they can have a life with no limits; and be proud to be a part of the wv family.

WorldVentures: What tactic or strategy has had the biggest impact on the size of your check?

Samantha Torres: RUN THROUGH YOUR NUMBERS AND DO IT FAST! Not waiting for travel parties or my sponsor to show the business, in hand with keeping track of my progress using the score book is what has had an extremely big impact on the size of my check. IF YOU WANT IT, GO GET IT! "When you hungry; YOU EAT!" - Julio June Acosta

WorldVentures: What do you feel sets DreamTrips apart from a regular vacation?

Samantha Torres: VIP lifestyle baby! IT’S FUN! and what other company do you know will let you waive your fees with just 4 people?!

WorldVentures: What’s your favorite motivational quote and why?

Samantha Torres: "If you want something different, then you have to do something different."  This is my favorite quote because I've always known this to be true in life just never found where to apply my efforts until I joined wv. WorldVentures is just different. :)
