Sharing the Game Plan with WorldVentures

WorldVentures Congratulates Luis Marques

WorldVentures Co-Founders Wayne Nugent and Mike Azcue would like to congratulate Luis Marques on his promotion to Senior Rep. Here are a few words from Luis about his journey to Senior Rep.

Once learning about the WorldVentures “game plan” and meeting others who’ve experienced success, Senior Representative, Luis Marques, was willing to give the business a chance.

“The testimonies of people from all walks of life gave us the hope and faith that it can be accomplished with the right effort,” Luis says. “The game plan session with new members was also a game changer for us,” he says referencing the recommended time for “getting started”―48 hours.

Together with his partner Cyndi Guerra, Luis is learning, teaching and sharing the opportunity. And he acknowledges the “game plan” for having the largest impact on his recent success and business “hands down.”

Luis listens to the Drivetime University audio CDs and helps his team accomplish their goals also, which helps keep him motivated.

“Nothing is sweeter than seeing others succeed,” Luis says. “It has already begun to have an impact on our lives. The goal is, however, to impact those around us. I expect it to have a profound impact not only to their WorldVentures business, but in their everyday life. If it doesn’t make you cry, dig deeper!”

Wishing he had learned much earlier in life about the value of personal development, Luis spends time reading leadership materials and continuously strives for improvement.

“We have short- and long-term goals,” Luis says. “If we continue to envision the finish line, all the challenges in the way seem mediocre.”

Although unlike his days with a non-profit and heading an employee advisory board, Luis says that he has always possessed a desire “to be great at everything” he does.

“I always strive for more and do not settle for less,” Luis says.

Luis tries to keep his “why” in mind, wanting to show his parents the world and create success stories, including his own. So he’s reaching out to potential new members.

“Our goal is to continue to create success stories for those around us and help make their dreams become reality,” Luis says.

And one way he does this is by introducing people to DreamTrips.

“DreamTrips have been the most awesome experiences in our lives,” Luis says. “Especially with all the friendships and memories we have created.”

Luis wants to leave a legacy of fun, freedom and fulfillment as he continues to create “peak life experiences we all dream about,” he says.

And he does this by sharing the “game plan.”

“Quitting is always the easy way out,” Luis says. “The only way you fail in this business is by quitting. Pay attention! Get excited! Never quit!”
