Believing in the Power of Teamwork with WorldVentures

WorldVentures Congratulates Aisha Taylor

WorldVentures Co-Founders Wayne Nugent and Mike Azcue would like to congratulate Aisha Taylor on her promotion to Senior Representative.  Here are a few words from Aisha about her journey to Senior Representative.

Paying tribute to her WorldVentures family, Senior Representative Aisha Taylor, credits teamwork for her recent success.

“I realized that if I approached this from a good place, I’d grow faster,” Aisha says. “I never tried to make money alone and always leveraged the team and the support network available to me. I developed a relationship with my upline, listened to their advice and integrated it into my business. I saw how my life was beginning to change and realized that I’d be selfish if I didn’t share this and help my team grow. I truly want to help people change their lives, and take this approach with my team members and those who I expose to the business.”

Aisha says that she originally joined the company to experience new things, including DreamTrips; meet people and make friends; alleviate some of her debt; earn extra income and help fund her new financial literacy business.

“I’d been praying for something,” Aisha says. “I was a little scared at first but have always given 110 percent in everything I do. I knew that I’d be successful because I was coachable and believed in myself. I’ve always been that way, which is why I’ve always been successful. I knew this would be no different.”

Since uniting with WorldVentures, Aisha has used her positive beliefs to help build her team, inspiring others with her encouraging words.

“Don’t worry about what people think,” Aisha says. “Don't be scared to step out of your comfort zone.  Ask yourself what you’d do if you knew you couldn’t fail, and whatever that is, do it, don’t be afraid. I want to show them that they can do anything that they want to do and be anyone they want to be. Regardless of the obstacles and people who tell you ‘no’ or that you can’t do something, you can. If you believe and are willing to work hard, you can achieve anything.”

Taking her own advice to heart, Aisha is fulfilling her dreams, and particularly her mission to help others reach their goals also.

“I just want to help other people achieve their dreams,” Aisha says. “I think about my why and keep going.”

And together with her WorldVentures team, Aisha is making the most of her many opportunities.

“We can influence our lives by controlling our reaction to what happens,” Aisha says. “Many people would be a lot happier if they changed how they reacted to what happens to them.”

A World of New with WorldVentures

WorldVentures Congratulates Ferhana Mahomed

WorldVentures Co-Founders Wayne Nugent and Mike Azcue would like to congratulate Ferhana Mahomed on her promotion to Senior Representative.  Here are a few words from Ferhana about her journey to Senior Representative.

Embarking on her first adventure with a direct sells company, Senior Representative, Ferhana Mahomed, has learned many things, including what it takes to receive what she wants in life.

“I’ve never done network marketing before, this is the first time, and my biggest achievement,” Ferhana says about her WorldVentures journey.

Inspired by a potentially better lifestyle and financial freedom, Ferhana became an LTC. She also aspires to travel the world, meet people and give back to those in need.

Paying tribute to her supportive husband, children and WorldVentures team, Ferhana is well on her way to achieving many great things.

She remains positive by listening to motivational speeches and reading books, attending trainings and travel parties, and surrounding herself with a like-minded community. Ferhana also says there’s no need to “re-invent the wheel.” Rather, she adheres to the advice of preceding successful people, such as those in her guiding up-line.

“I follow the system,” Ferhana says. She’s also learned that “effort equals reward,” and about the importance of possessing a “burning desire to succeed,” in addition to having supportive family and team members. But above all, Ferhana feels that honesty has made the largest impact, leading to her success.

When asked what she’d do differently, Ferhana says that she’d leave everything the same.

“I’m content with what I’ve achieved thus far and couldn’t ask for better team leaders,” Ferhana says crediting Preggie and Sashin Govender.

With her recent success, Ferhana advises those new to the company to stay focused, take action and be open to a change of mindset. “I’m a firm believer that action equals reward,” she says.

In addition to traveling the world and building her WorldVentures team, Ferhana is actively creating her legacy. “I especially want my husband and children to remember my achievements, and how much I love them. Without them I would not have achieved success.”

Faith and Fellowship with WorldVentures

WorldVentures Congratulates Tere and Mary Kampe

WorldVentures Co-Founders Wayne Nugent and Mike Azcue would like to congratulate Tere and Mary Kampe on their promotion to Regional Marketing Director.  Here are a few words from Tere and Mary about their journey to Regional Marketing Director.

For spouse team Tere and Mary Kampe, the success they have had with WorldVentures has been strongly guided by their faith and by their passion to help others.

“Referencing the Bible has been a key tool for me,” says Tere. “Over time, I have learned that my past does not need to ’define‘ me, but I choose to let it ’refine‘ me. Faith overcoming fear. Both are belief in an outcome, but faith is a positive outcome and fear is a negative outcome.”

“We also desperately want people on our team to win,” shares Mary. “It fires me up to see them succeed and achieve goals that they set for themselves!”

Indeed, keeping a focus on the team and helping others are what Tere and Mary view as the greatest impact WorldVentures has had on their lives and, in turn, others.

“You can impress people from a distance, but we can impact them up close,” says Tere. “This business is all about developing and building relationships. Since we don’t have a product we center around, we get to center around people. As a result, all that we do goes to help enhance the lives of those on our team and I love that!”

“If we can help others understand that we invite people to a lifestyle of fun, freedom and fulfillment, we can positively impact the lives of thousands of people,” states Mary. “This builds people, which, in turn, builds families, communities and our country. The lifestyle is our business.”

For many Reps, reading inspirational books or connecting with other Reps is a great way to motivate themselves on the days they need an extra kick. But for the Kampes, lack of motivation has never really been an issue.

“I actually don’t recall a day when I was not motivated,” says Tere. “Now, there were definitely days when things weren’t going the way I wanted them to. During those days, I spend more time reading the Bible and motivational books. Then, I go back to the basics and I ask myself, ‘What do I need to do today to move my business forward?’ And then, I do that!”

“If you want to change some things in your life, you need to change some things in your life,” says Mary, stating the couple’s favorite motivational quote. “If we want to be somewhere different, we need to make different choices.”

Show More, Gain More with WorldVentures

WorldVentures Congratulates Renita Gholston

WorldVentures Co-Founders Wayne Nugent and Mike Azcue would like to congratulate Renita Gholston on her promotion to Director.  Here are a few words from Renita about her journey to Director.

The more you show, the more you grow! This strategy seems to be working just fine for new WorldVentures Director Renita Gholston.

“Definitely, the key tool to my recent success was ‘SMP,’” Renita shares. “Show More People! What I learned is that some will, some won’t, so what! Just keep showing!”

Noting the greatest impact that WorldVentures has had on her life is “financial freedom,” Renita has learned a very important lesson that she advises other “mobile-preneurs” to follow.

“Don’t take anything personally,” she says. “Keep moving and keep showing! I am always excited about WorldVentures whenever I speak to someone or invite them to an event.”

Like many WorldVentures Independent Representatives, Renita does have to rev up her motivation at times. However, she is surrounded by a great team that comes to her rescue.

“I call other team members and read WorldVentures success stories,” she says. “I have a lot of family and team support and really just try to stay focused on my goals. I read a lot of self-motivating books as well.”

Ever a planner, Renita sees herself continuing to ascend the ranks at WorldVentures, traveling the globe as an international presenter, motivator and speaker. And with her tenacity, there is one word that has no fit in her vocabulary.

“Impossible is not a fact. It’s an opinion,” she says. “Impossible is not a declaration. It’s a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.”
