Pacing Success with WorldVentures

WorldVentures Congratulates
Ignatios Aivaliotis

WorldVentures Co-Founders Wayne Nugent and Mike Azcue would like to congratulate Ignatios Aivaliotis on his promotion to Senior Rep. Here are a few words from Ignatios about his journey to Senior Rep.

Senior Representative Ignatios Aivaliotis believes that persistence and patience are needed to achieve goals, and that he possesses both qualities, hence his success. Another factor he thinks has impacted his achievements is that of helping others which is also a lifetime goal of his.

In addition to buying a new car and home, Ignatios hopes to change the lives of 100 young students in the next five years by paying their tuition fees.

In order for someone to follow you, you must show them the way,” Ignatios says. “You have to be the leader, and take all the blame and problems in order to protect others. You just have to be the leader!”

Ignatios says that herealized the potential opportunity and took immediate action” when he first found WorldVentures, crediting none of his past accomplishments for impacting his decision to join. This could be the path Ignatios needs to do great things. “Work, work, work is the key, along with the trainings.”

Motivated by “life and a better way of living,” Ignatios hopes to attain financial freedom. And while enjoying the fruits of the business, he can appreciate the luxury of DreamTrips and “a chance to experience a 5-star hotel and taste all the services,” he says.

Much like a relay race, Ignatios is making connections and sharing the WorldVentures opportunity, working hard and doing everything possible to create a legacy.

Life is a marathon,” Ignatios says, referencing his favorite quote. “You have to use your mind, your heart and your body to the fullest in order to live a much better life!”

When Ignatios needs a little inspiration, he’ll go for a run in the forest near his home in Greece, all the while thinking of building bettering lives, including his own.

Communication Is Key with WorldVentures

WorldVentures Congratulates
Jason Wells

WorldVentures Co-Founders Wayne Nugent and Mike Azcue would like to congratulate Jason Wells on his promotion to Senior Rep. Here are a few words from Jason about his journey to Senior Rep.

Senior Representative Jason Wells has discovered the key to his success in this business—communication, and this includes sharing the WorldVentures opportunity and encouraging himself and others to succeed.

“How you communicate to the people in your life and to yourself, will dictate the things you get or don't get,” Jason says. “You have to speak up in life to be heard and can apply that to anything you want, and it’ll work for whatever you want in life!”

In addition to financial support, Jason says that the personal development tools he’s acquired through WorldVentures have helped him improve personally. “Which, in turn, allows me to help others, sharing what I’ve learned or by me showing them the way to WorldVentures, so they can help themselves.”

Jason attends events, such as Momentum, A View from the Edge and Millionaire Boot Camp to “keep my mind right,” he says. And he participates in team contests to keep his “competitive juices going!”

He remains motivated by never forgetting his “why” and staying dedicated.

“I work hard because my job isn't done yet,” Jason says. “I haven't reached my goal of becoming financially free, to do what I want, when I want and how I want, and to share this freedom with my entire family. The only way to get there is by climbing the ranks to International Marketing Director. Don’t give up, never quit! Times will get tough, just like there are ups and downs, but keep going and push through, it’s worth it!”

And one way Jason does this is through communication.

“Keep showing and showing, and things will work out for you in the end,” Jason says. ”The biggest tactic with the biggest impact is to ‘show more people.’ People are weird, so don't take what they say or do personally, it doesn't matter. Keep on track with your goals!”

Although he has experienced successes before in his life, Jason believes that WorldVentures has given him the best chances to get ahead.

“I’ve been successful in my past endeavors; however, this has been, by far, the best company and group of people to make things happen,” Jason says. “I haven't come close in any other arena with the type of product and support I get here with WorldVentures!”

Managing Success with WorldVentures

WorldVentures Congratulates
Amber Beito
WorldVentures Co-Founders Wayne Nugent and Mike Azcue would like to congratulate Amber Beito on her promotion to Senior Rep. Here are a few words from Amber about her journey to Senior Rep.

With a sixth child on the way, Senior Representative Amber Beito manages to find time to successfully grow her WorldVentures business.

“Don’t let ‘I don’t have time’ be an excuse,” Amber says. “My husband and I have five children plus another one coming at the end of May. We work full-time jobs, own two different companies and have two part-time Independent WorldVentures Representative positions. If you want something bad enough then do it, you’re the only one who can change you. Be positive and keep motivated by the ripple effect.”

And positive she is, bubbling over with happiness, energy and belief in WorldVentures.

“My husband said I’m always over motivated with this,” Amber says. “I’d have to agree, I’m always working my angles, even at work, by cell, Facebook. I can’t help it that WorldVentures is running through my veins!”

Amber says that when she found WorldVentures, she was a single mom with four children, working full time and attending college full time getting “A’s.”

“I was not doing my homework until after my kids were in bed sleeping (so many late nights),” Amber says. “And had three part-time jobs while still raising my kids without government help or child support. I wanted to make sure to spend more time with my children and my new husband, and not live paycheck to paycheck. Plus, at the time, my new husband was very skeptical, so that made me drive myself that much harder. I’m the type of person that when you tell me I can’t do something, I’ll prove you wrong and do it.”

Amber says events like A View from the Edge and Momentum; Sunday night calls; Fast Start Playbook and three-way calls with a successful up-line, have all contributed to her success. And this is in addition to her team.

“I stay motivated by my team,” Amber says. “I want them to be successful and understand that you don’t have to work the 40/40/40 plan like most of our parents have done. I want my children to be brought up with the same core values that I have and keep the momentum going.”

Amber is thankful that she can now buy her children braces and eyeglasses and enroll them in activities, such as basketball, hockey, Cub Scouts, 4-H, guitar, piano, and dance. “Which aren’t cheap,” Amber says. “In the past year, I’ve been truly blessed with my WorldVentures family. UNITED! 2012 was my very first event, not even being in a month. I love how everyone in the company is so humble, and I love the core values. I even have them posted at work so I can review them every day. This has changed my own family because now we have a little bit of cushion and can have some fun on weekends with the kids.”

Hoping to be a WorldVentures trainer someday, Amber hopes to teach others how to work “smarter” not “harder,” like she has come to know over the years. And this includes making the most of her situation, whether favorable or unwilling.

“If you want something in life, go after it, and don’t back down from anyone or anything,” Amber says. “I used my stubbornness to alter my actions and motivations to get myself through life, without letting anyone or anything drag me down. At every single regional and major event, I cry, and it’s not because I’m ‘Yellow,’ but because my ‘why’ is that big, and it’s how bad I want it. I thank WorldVentures for giving me more personal strength and personal growth even beyond what I had prior to joining. My husband and I couldn’t be more proud to be a part of this amazing family and journey, for generations to come!”

Amber believes that success is measured in the strength of desire, dream size and how a person handles disappointment. And by the look of things, she is managing all three successfully.

Complementing Her Law Enforcement Position with WorldVentures

WorldVentures Congratulates Mindy and Chastity Angueira

WorldVentures Co-Founders Wayne Nugent and Mike Azcue would like to congratulate Mindy and Chastity Angueira on their promotion to Senior Representatives. Here are a few words from Mindy and Chastity about their journey to Senior Representatives.

Senior Representatives Mindy and Chastity Angueira are basking in the excitement of their recent WorldVentures success, which nicely complements Mindy’s rewarding career as a New York City police officer.

“I’ve always wanted more out of life,” Mindy says. “And being a police officer makes me feel that I’ve achieved a lot, especially since I’m giving back to my community. When I saw what WorldVentures does and could do for me, my family and friends, it was like placing gold in my hands.”

Mindy credits “being real” for helping her attain Senior Rep status. She also attends trainings, learns from her mentors and listens to CDs, which “keeps me going and prepares me for giving live presentations.” She says it can be hard at times to stay motivated, but never forgets her “why.” “It keeps me going,” Mindy says. “Never lose sight of your goals and commit to your decision because if you don't, you’re only fooling yourself!”

Expecting her life to be “forever changed for the better” because of WorldVentures, Mindy hopes to retire earlier than originally planned from the police department. She also wants to be financially free and spend more time with her family. “I always want my family to be taken care of,” Mindy says.

Enjoying many rewards of the business, Mindy and her family look forward to taking a DreamTrip someday.

“Unfortunately I have yet to take a DreamTrip, but from the looks of it, everyone is well taken care of and treated like family,” Mindy says.

Now that she has found WorldVentures, Mindy wishes that she had learned much earlier in life to “take a chance” on herself. She wants to create a legacy of “giving my all in everything that I do, never quitting, and never saying you can't, because that just means you won't! I’d hate to look back and ask ‘What if?’”

Although she experiences mostly motivated days, Mindy admits that she sometimes has to remind herself to keep going.

“I take a deep breath, maybe have a glass of wine and remember ‘why’ I started in the first place,” Mindy says.

And she does this daily while protecting the New York City streets.
