WorldVentures Congratulates Julio Acosta Jr.

WorldVentures Co-Founders Wayne Nugent and Mike Azcue would like to congratulate Julio Acosta Jr. on his promotion to National Marketing Director.  Here are a few words from Julio about his journey to National Marketing Director.

WorldVentures: What were the key tools to your recent success and what did you
learn?

                         

Julio Acosta Jr.: One major tool that contributed to my success was the WorldVentures live PowerPoint presentation. I learned that people don’t make decisions based off of what you say but off how you say it.

WorldVentures: How do you stay motivated to continue to work so hard and move up
the ranks?

Julio Acosta Jr.: Worldventures has become such an incredible part of my life that it’s like breathing to me. What motivates you to breathe?

WorldVentures: Do you think your achievements in the past had an impact in your
decision to join WorldVentures? If so, how did your success impact your decision?

Julio Acosta Jr.: As a hotel manager DreamTrips was pretty hard to believe but it made sense although I didn’t make a decision to move forward until my wife joined first and didn’t talk to me until I joined.

 

WorldVentures: What’s the single-most important message you want to send to new
mobile-preneurs?

Julio Acosta Jr.: Hard work beats Talent... Every...Single...Time!

WorldVentures: What impact do you expect WorldVentures to have on your life and
the lives of others?

                                                                                                          

Julio Acosta Jr.: Worldventures has taught me to believe again and in the very near future so will the rest of the world.

 

WorldVentures: What are your 1 yr., 5-yr. and 10-yr. goals with WorldVentures?

Julio Acosta Jr.: By the end of this yr. I will be double IMD. 5yrs is too long but i'll be number one Income earner and in 10yrs the top 20 income earners will be from NYC.  :)

WorldVentures: If you do have days when you’re not motivated, how do you handle
it?

Julio Acosta Jr.: I look at my daughter and remember the days I had to spend 50-60hrs a week at a Job for peanuts.

WorldVentures: What is the one piece of advice someone gave you that you wish you
had known much earlier in life?

Julio Acosta Jr.: " If you’re going to buy someones opinion you have to buy that person's lifestyle... let's be careful of whos opinions we consider." - Eric Gryzbowski

 

WorldVentures: What legacy will you leave to your child/children/family?

Julio Acosta Jr.: While we were here we weren’t just alive. We lived.

 

WorldVentures: What tactic or strategy has had the biggest impact on the size
of your check?

  

Julio Acosta Jr.: Move fast and only accept Yes or No. Nothing in between, no half stepping, you’re with us or against us.

WorldVentures: What do you feel sets DreamTrips apart from a regular
vacation?

Julio Acosta Jr.: As a FORMER NYC hotel manager i've never seen such attention to detail and VIP experience as that of a dreamTrip. They really go out of their way to provide an experience of a lifetime every single time.

WorldVentures: What’s your favorite motivational quote and why?

Julio Acosta Jr.: "WHEN YOU'RE HUNGRY, YOU EAT!" ... it's simple, direct, what I believe it takes to make it in this business and IT TURNS ME UPPPPP!!!! ROAR!
