Building a Confident Team with WorldVentures

WorldVentures Congratulates Giorgoula Orfanidou and Frixos Kaminaridis

WorldVentures Co-Founders Wayne Nugent and Mike Azcue would like to congratulate Giorgoula Orfanidou and Frixos Kaminaridis on their promotion to Directors.  Here are a few words from Giorgoula and Kaminaridis about their journey to Directors.

Directors Giorgoula Orfanidou and Frixos Kaminaridis use several key tools to help build their team, including teamwork, team support and following the company slogan “Make a Living… Living!”

“We support anyone and everyone in our team to stay focused and achieve their goals,” Giorgoula says. “We learned a valuable lesson―working as a team with everybody focused on the company’s mission is the way to go forward.”

Staying motivated is much easier with the constant support of a team, Giorgoula says. And available resources such as WorldVentures events, motivational books and DVDs, personal training and educational development help also.

Since becoming a part of WorldVentures, Giorgoula and Frixos are approaching life in a new way.

“We’re more enthusiastic now about the job as well as our lives,” Giorgoula says. “We stay positive at all times and influence our partners to be the same. We saw this as a positive idea. The Rep who gave us the chance for a better life had already changed his, and we saw that as a turning point to our life.”

Giorgoula and Frixos are focused on their goals, and they encourage their team to be focused on their own goals also.

“We get our team to be focused with us,” Giorgoula says. “Our team supports us as we support them. This team is determined to go high, and that alone is all the motivation you need! Although we believe we did well since we started, looking at our success now, we would prefer that we put more of ourselves into it. Like any new person who starts a new business, we had hopes that would be successful but also had our doubts and worries. We wish we gave 100 percent from day one! It turned out that this company is solid, and we could have achieved even more if we gave it our all from the beginning.”

More dedicated than ever, Giorgoula and Frixos are committed to working hard, reaching their goals, motivating their team and, as a team, achieving great things. And with that, comes the dedication to positive beliefs.

“We heard everybody’s opinion about this business,” Giorgoula says. “The positive feedback was encouraged even more. The negative feedback was tackled in such a way as to make them understand what WorldVentures means to us. We didn’t try to change their opinion. Everybody is entitled to their opinion. What we tried to do is open their eyes, misinformation had to be corrected, and missing gaps had to be filled up. We explained to them what we do and what we get. And that seems to work!”

With education comes clarity, and sharing lessons learned shines some light on uncertainty. And Giorgoula and Frixos are helping their team by giving them valuable knowledge they they’ve attained since joining WorldVentures.

“Good luck in business is hard work,” Giorgoula says. “With work comes achievement, and with achievement comes fulfillment. Work for the company and believe in it, and you can fulfill your wildest dreams! ‘Make a Living … Living!’ might be a slogan to follow, but you can actually set a goal by it. We’ll leave to our family the will to achieve great things, work hard and enjoy their earnings; to help others to do the same and try to be surrounded by successful people, because you become what you have around you!”

Giorgoula and Frixos are inspiring their team to believe in themselves and have faith in their abilities, all while building their team.

“Without a humble but reasonable confidence in your own powers, you can’t be successful or happy,” Giorgoula says.

Sharing the Game Plan with WorldVentures

WorldVentures Congratulates Luis Marques

WorldVentures Co-Founders Wayne Nugent and Mike Azcue would like to congratulate Luis Marques on his promotion to Senior Rep. Here are a few words from Luis about his journey to Senior Rep.

Once learning about the WorldVentures “game plan” and meeting others who’ve experienced success, Senior Representative, Luis Marques, was willing to give the business a chance.

“The testimonies of people from all walks of life gave us the hope and faith that it can be accomplished with the right effort,” Luis says. “The game plan session with new members was also a game changer for us,” he says referencing the recommended time for “getting started”―48 hours.

Together with his partner Cyndi Guerra, Luis is learning, teaching and sharing the opportunity. And he acknowledges the “game plan” for having the largest impact on his recent success and business “hands down.”

Luis listens to the Drivetime University audio CDs and helps his team accomplish their goals also, which helps keep him motivated.

“Nothing is sweeter than seeing others succeed,” Luis says. “It has already begun to have an impact on our lives. The goal is, however, to impact those around us. I expect it to have a profound impact not only to their WorldVentures business, but in their everyday life. If it doesn’t make you cry, dig deeper!”

Wishing he had learned much earlier in life about the value of personal development, Luis spends time reading leadership materials and continuously strives for improvement.

“We have short- and long-term goals,” Luis says. “If we continue to envision the finish line, all the challenges in the way seem mediocre.”

Although unlike his days with a non-profit and heading an employee advisory board, Luis says that he has always possessed a desire “to be great at everything” he does.

“I always strive for more and do not settle for less,” Luis says.

Luis tries to keep his “why” in mind, wanting to show his parents the world and create success stories, including his own. So he’s reaching out to potential new members.

“Our goal is to continue to create success stories for those around us and help make their dreams become reality,” Luis says.

And one way he does this is by introducing people to DreamTrips.

“DreamTrips have been the most awesome experiences in our lives,” Luis says. “Especially with all the friendships and memories we have created.”

Luis wants to leave a legacy of fun, freedom and fulfillment as he continues to create “peak life experiences we all dream about,” he says.

And he does this by sharing the “game plan.”

“Quitting is always the easy way out,” Luis says. “The only way you fail in this business is by quitting. Pay attention! Get excited! Never quit!”

With her WorldVentures success, Debra’s able to fulfill her dream of helping others. And she credits a “true dedication, great team and being a part of a company I believe in,” for helping her achieve such things. “I have a strong ‘why,’ and my family is the backbone of my success. Unwilling to Be Anything Less Than Great with WorldVentures

WorldVentures Congratulates Lamonte Lans

WorldVentures Co-Founders Wayne Nugent and Mike Azcue would like to congratulate Lamonte Lans on his promotion to Senior Representative.  Here are a few words from Lamonte about his journey to Senior Representative.

Following UNITED! 2013, Senior Representative, Lamonte Lans, is inspired and motivated to succeed, including helping his mother, younger brother, family and community.

Also known as "Monty," Lamonte surrounds himself with his written goals, which he considers to be a significant aspect to achieving them.

Retiring in a year, buying his mother a new home, creating generational wealth and changing 1 million lives are only a few of Monty’s future dreams. And with his current passion and determination, he’s on his way to accomplishing a number of great things.

“I stay motivated by constantly reminding myself of my ‘whys,’” Monty says. “As long as my ‘why’ is strong enough, there’ll never be an obstacle big enough. The key tools to my recent success are going to every training, plugging in to my up-line, being coachable and never giving up. I learned that success is a team sport, and the same things that discourage an unsuccessful person are what motivate a successful person..”

Unwilling to settle for anything less than the best, Monty joined WorldVentures in hopes of bettering his situation and inspiring others to do the same, leading by example.

“I desire to be different than most individuals in my generation and beyond who live a conditioned lifestyle,” Monty says. “I’m motivated to be the proof that life offers more than the commonalities and mediocrities that our general society permits most people to see. I have a purpose in life.”

Making the most of every situation, Monty sees difficulty as a challenge and something to defeat.

“The greatest and most successful people in history and of today suffered the most failures, made the most sacrifices and step outside their comfort zone more often than anyone else,” Monty says. “With that said, go fail, go sacrifice and step outside of your comfort zone.”

Empowered by what he has experienced through WorldVentures, Monty wants to help others attain success like he has. And “continuously add more quality to not only my life, but the lives of everyone else who decides that they deserve it,” Monty says.

Very few days does Monty feel unmotivated;  however, if he should find himself feeling this way, he calls his up-line and listens to motivational audios, to re-inspire his fire. And remembering his “why” also excites him.

“My family will value the truth of the significance of being a meaningful specific and not a wandering generality,” Monty says.

Comparing his desire to succeed with wanting to breathe, Monty explains how his dedication to being great can be life changing for both him and those watching him also.

“I know for a fact that if everyone navigated through life with this philosophy in mind and in heart, people would spend more time sharing reasons to be great rather than excuses for being average,” Monty says.

Painting the World with Inspiration with WorldVentures

WorldVentures Congratulates Anna Kokkinou

WorldVentures Co-Founders Wayne Nugent and Mike Azcue would like to congratulate Anna Kokkinou on her promotion to Senior Representative.  Here are a few words from Anna about her journey to Senior Representative.

With her “why” posted in bold letters on paper in three places in her home, Senior Representative Anna Kokkinou reminds herself daily to stay active, inspiring her WorldVentures team.

“Action is the key!” Anna says, crediting travel parties, daily teamwork and constant learning for her recent success. She also tries to see the first 20 people of every new Representative within 10 days.

“For me and my people, WorldVentures is the way to freedom in our lives, freedom of time, income and fulfillment,” Anna says. “Never stop to dream big! I’m a person that begins something with seeing the goal, and reaching it. No matter how hard, I always finish!”

Living in Athens, Greece, Anna hopes to share the business opportunity internationally and expand her reach to Latin American, including Argentina. She wants to help others become financially free, independent of time and achieve their dreams. And with WorldVentures, she believes these things are possible.

Anna writes down her “reasons” and goals, and devotes never to give up.

“We attract everything we want and can get everything we want,” Anna says. “Strength comes from overcoming the things you thought you couldn’t. Some will, some won’t, so what? See you at the finish! People who follow other people’s steps will never be in front.”

Anna wants to establish a “culture place” to assist people in need and inspire children culturally through art.

“I love art.” Anna says. “I organize cultural events and study music and dance, like tango in Argentina.”

And when taking a break from business, Anna reads motivational books and watches Olympic champion videos for inspiration. She also attends self-improvement classes and enjoys yoga lessons.

“Do small things continuously every day,” Anna says.

Making the most of each day, Anna can appreciate DreamTrips, how they bring people together and add value to life.

“DreamTrips add color to people’s lives, human touch and human nature, giving warmth in unsecure days,” Anna says.

Building her WorldVentures team and inspiring others, Anna’s thankful for her many opportunities.

“I look to the sky and thank God for my being and my uniqueness.”
